  • Individual Therapy

    The goal of this one-on-one approach to therapy is to make a space for you to be whoever you want to be. I tend to work with individuals who describe themselves as “stuck”, wanting to learn how to manage their emotions, and working towards finding their “true Self”.

  • Relational Therapy

    For relationships feeling lost, I offer an evidence-based approach beyond just “better communication.” Together, we’ll heal, find meaning, and discover what works for you—whether you're married, siblings, coworkers, or divorcees. All are welcome.

  • Teen Therapy

    Being a teenager is weird! Feelings!? Gross. My goal in therapy is to make a space for all my teenage clients to feel, to not feel, and to hopefully normalize this complex stage of being a human.
